Refund policy

All refunds are at the DISCRETION of Janssens Farm Fresh Produce.

For all matters related to your order, before and after delivery/pickup, please contact the farm and we will respond in a timely manner.

Refunds will be issued if there is a problem with the product that was purchased.  Customers are encouraged to provide proof of this issue by photo, description and/or by bringing it back to the farm.  

Refunds will NOT be issued to customers who DID NOT PROPERLY store their produce.

Refunds provided ONLY within one week after pickup/delivery.  We do not provide refunds to customers who inform us after 7 days of an issue with a past order.

If a customer decides to cancel their order, the cost of Janssens Farm Fresh Produce Transaction fees will be deducted from their refund.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.
